america?

well well here we are again. today i spent most of my day at edison college trying to sign of up classes for the second time because i forgot to turn in my prepaid card. im stupid at times. alot. but ahwel. lets get to the music!

amazing american folk duo, deff worth checking out even if you dont like the genre.

Animal Collective - water curses
if you dont know who AC is then idk what to tell you. this is my fav ep by them ever.

At the Drive-In - this station is non operational
pre-mars volta members in their best album to ever, or so says i.

black eyes - cough
their second and final release, noise rock at its finest. sax+noise rock = awesome

Bon Iver - live on NPR
the first time i heard "skinny love" i was sold. this is a live session and fantastic

Carlisle - this means everything to me
one of florida's best. blending 90s emo with power violence. fantastic!

cLOUDDEAD - the sound of a handshake
yoni wolf (why) + adam drucker (doseone) + david madson (odd nosdam) = hiphop

David Bazan - curse your branches
pedro the lion and headphones frontman's first solo release. so good.

Ghastly City Sleep - s/t
two ex members of city of caterpillar create some of the most beautiful music. fav record of 09

Omar Rodriguez Lopez - Xenophanes
mars volta guitar player and composers solo project. similar in style and awesome

The Saddest Landscape - life your burdens high for this is where we cross
just listen to the sixth golden ticket, you'll understand. raw 90s style emo

Who Calls So Loud - s/t ep
ex member of iwrotehaikus, cant fucking go wrong. epic as fuck power violence

well i suppose that should hold you over for a little bit. hope you enjoy! i start school tomorrow so im not sure how often ill be able to update but i will as much as i can. good music deserves to be shared.
